Rožata, Rožada or Rozada (pronounced [rǒʒaːta]) is a Croatian custard pudding from the Dubrovnik region, similar to flan and crème brûlée.
Its name come from unique Dubrovnik Liqueur Rozalin (rose liqueur), which gives the cake its special aroma. Modern variations include vanilla and other types of aroma extracts, but these versions shouldn't be named Rozata.
