WLEP-LD first went on air with channels 9.1 and 9.3 on February 18, 2011, and with 9.2 the next day.[1]
The station was owned by LocusPoint Networks. KM Communications Inc.,[1] sold the station to Hapa Media Properties, LLC in June 2009.[2] In 2015, the station quietly went dark.
