Thomas "Tom" Dwan (born 1890) was an Irish hurler who played in numerous positions including goalkeeper for the Tipperary senior team.

Dwan made his first appearance for the team during the 1912 championship and was a regular member of the starting fifteen until his retirement after the 1924 championship. During that time he won one All-Ireland medal and two Munster medals.[1][2] Dwan was an All-Ireland runner-up on one occasion.

At club level Dwan was a one-time county championship medalist with Thurles Sarsfields.
