Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows is a 2013 downloadable video game developed by Red Fly Studio[1] and published by Activision based on the ongoing Nickelodeon animated television series of the same name but with a tone closer to the 2003 animated television series of the same name. The game was released on August 28, 2013 for Xbox Live Arcade and Steam.[1] The game features a four-player online mode and offline two-player co-op.[3][4]
As of September 2013, the Online Co-op for the Steam version is suffering from major technical difficulties.[5] The PlayStation Network version was delayed, the reason being was to polish the game more before release and to likely address issues from the Xbox 360 and PC versions of the game. On April 1, 2014, It was announced by Red Fly Studio that the PSN version would be released on April 15 on the PSN store. The PSN release featured a very identical version of the game, with hardly any of the aforementioned issues addressed, despite Red fly Studio's promise to present an experience polished to the highest of levels.
