Scott McKenna (born 12 November 1996) is an Scottish professional footballer who plays as a defender for Aberdeen in the Scottish Premiership. He began his career in the Aberdeen academy in 2013. The Daily Record has called him "one of the most promising defenders in the country".[1]
He captained the Scotland under-19s in a 2–2 draw with the Czech Republic in 2014.[2]
Months after signing a two-year deal with Aberdeen,[3] McKenna made his professional debut for Aberdeen in a league match against Heart of Midlothian on 16 May 2016.[4][5]
