Motion trademark

Motion Trademark, also known as Motion Mark, Animated Mark, Moving Mark, Moving Image Mark and Movement Mark, is a mark that has:

1. the nature of a Trademark, namely a recognizable sign, design or expression which identifies products or services of a particular source from those of others;
2. changes in the formation or status (motive/still) of its mark elements; and
3. generally classified as a non-conventional trademark in trademark laws of most of Common Law and Civil Law countries.
