Milan Malatinský (born 8 February 1970) is a retired Slovak football player and former manager of FC Spartak Trnava.

He played for Spartak Trnava, Dukla Banská Bystrica and Inter Bratislava.[1] He was participant of 1989 FIFA World Youth Championship.[2]

His uncle Anton Malatinský was a most successful manager of Spartak Trnava in history and club stadium is named after him.
