The Live Music Archive (LMA), part of the Internet Archive, is a collection of over 60,000 concert recordings in lossless audio formats.[1] The website is known for its extensive collection of Grateful Dead recordings,[2] but contains music from many other bands.
History
The collection increased in size due to contribution of concert recordings by etree.[3]
Artists
The majority of artists are jam bands[4] however others include The Smashing Pumpkins, Tenacious D, Ween, Little Feat,[5] and smaller independent bands.
