  • Mississauga Road - Peel Region Road 1 for most of the route and one of Peel Region's longest roads. It begins at a parking lot at J.C. Saddington Park by Lake Ontario as a north-south road, then turns northwest from Lakeshore Road to north of QEW where it then heads west to Springbank Road. From west of Springbank Road it becomes a true north-south route and merges with Erin Mills Parkway just south of Highway 401. The road is briefly broken in Belfountain, Ontario where it connects via Forks of the Credit Road. It ends just south of Caledon Lake in Orangeville, Ontario at a dead end on the south boundaries of Caledon Lake Forest. South of Williams Parkway the road serves residential communities, light industry and a few golf courses. North of William Parkway the road cuts through rural or agricultural lands and protected areas.
