Frank Glover is a contemporary jazz musician and composer from Indianapolis, Indiana. Although he plays saxophone as well, Glover's primary instrument is the clarinet.[1] For decades, his mentor and collaborator was Indianapolis jazz pianist Claude Sifferlen.
