Edward Charles Ellice

Captain Edward Charles Ellice (1 January 1858 – 21 February 1934)[1] was Liberal MP for St Andrews Burghs.
He was elected at a by-election in 1903, but narrowly lost in 1906.
He was cousin and heir of Edward Ellice (1810–1880), a previous MP for the constituency.
