Dioh Williams (born 8 October 1984) is a Liberian football striker, who is currently playing in the Swedish premier division Allsvenskan for Gefle IF. He is also a member of the Liberia national football team. His only goal for the Liberia came in the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations qualification against Namibia in a 1-0 win.

In February 2016 Williams was accused of wife-beating .
