Alamat is a Filipino weekly Philippine anime anthology to be broadcast by GMA Network and produced by GMA News and Public Affairs. The first season of the anthology anime show premiered on July 12, 2015 and also aired worldwide via GMA Pinoy TV and aired its finale on August 16, 2015.[1] The program features the voices of various artists of GMA Network.[2] Alamat season 2 is set to premiere in May 15, 2016.[3]

Alamat season 1 was directed by Jeffrey John Imutan and features the voices of Pen Medina, Mike Tan, Louise delos Reyes, Tonipet Gaba, Betong Sumaya, Kylie Padilla, Pekto, John Feir, Glaiza de Castro, Gabby Eigenmann, Jeric Gonzales, Bea Binene and Roi Vinzon.

On February 2016, it was revealed that they're having a second season. Still Directed by Jeffrey John Imutan, It will feature artists such as Leo Martinez, RJ Padilla, Bianca Umali, Love Añover, Miggs Cuaderno, John Feir, LJ Reyes, Benjamin Alves, Frencheska Farr, Rafa Siguion-Reyna, Tonipet Gaba, and Zymic Jaranilla and was planned to air this May 15, 2016.[3]

Alamat was re-aired on March 2016 as part of GMA Network's Holy Week presentation.
