1185 Nikko

1185 Nikko is a main-belt asteroid with an orbital period of 1,222.441 days (3.35 years).[1]
The asteroid was discovered on November 17, 1927, by Japanese astronomer Okurō Oikawa at Tokyo Astronomical Observatory and is named after the Japanese city of Nikkō.[2]
Photometric observations of this asteroid collected during 2004 show a rotation period of 3.79 ± 0.01 hours with a brightness variation of 0.34 ± 0.03 magnitude.[3]
