Statler & Waldorf is the name of an electronic music production group based in Brisbane, Australia. The members of Statler & Waldorf are Dennis Gascoigne (synths / vox), Leo Hede (Ableton / FX), and Cameron Hales (Turntablist). Other artists credited on Statler and Waldorf releases include Miss Brown, Blue MC, Paul Kelly, and Chanel Cole.

Their debut release "Collusions", on Freefall Records, received rave reviews from the Australian press. Statler & Waldorf have played festivals such as the Big Day Out in Australia alongside acts such as The Chemical Brothers. They are avid remixers and have remixed the likes of Sarah Blasko, whilst on the other end of the machine have had their music remixed by Segue Samplist.

The names Statler & Waldorf are references to like characters from The Muppet Show.

In 2005, Dennis Gascoigne and Leo Hede collaborated with Chanel Cole and Daniel Belle under the collective name "Spook", producing the album "The Dusk Sessions".
