The Xbox is a sixth generation video game console produced by Microsoft Corporation. It was Microsoft's first foray into the gaming console market, and competed directly with Sony's PlayStation 2 and the Nintendo GameCube. It was released on November 15, 2001 in North America, February 22, 2002 in Japan, and March 14, 2002 in Europe and Australia. It is the predecessor to Microsoft's Xbox 360 console. To date it has sold 24 million units and its best selling game is Halo 2.

On November 22, 2005, Microsoft introduced their second console, the Xbox 360, a seventh generation console that competes with the Wii and the PlayStation 3. The console sold out completely at release (with the exception of Japan) and, as of May 27, 2013, 77,311,669 million units have been sold worldwide according to Microsoft and its best selling game is Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.

On May 21, 2013 the third Xbox, the Xbox One, was formally revealed. At E3 on June 10, it was announced that the Xbox One will be bundled with an improved Kinect motion sensor. It is being marketed as an "all-in-one entertainment system" that can connect to a cable box and allow the user to control the TV with vocal commands. It will include multitasking and gesture support. Template:/box-footer

Template:/box-header William Henry Gates III is an American business magnate, philanthropist, the world's third richest person (as of 2008), and chairman of Microsoft, the software company he founded with Paul Allen. During his career at Microsoft, Gates held the positions of CEO and chief software architect, and remains the largest individual shareholder with more than 9 percent of the common stock. He has also authored or co-authored several books.

Gates is one of the best-known entrepreneurs of the personal computer revolution. Although he is admired by many, a large number of industry insiders criticize his business tactics, which they consider anti-competitive, an opinion which has in some cases been upheld by the courts.

Template:/box-header Too Human is an action-RPG video game exclusive for the Xbox 360 console, developed by Canadian developer Silicon Knights and published by Microsoft Game Studios, released in North America on August 19, 2008 and later in Europe on August 29, 2008.

The game is notorious for being in development hell for almost ten years, originally being planned as a 4-disc action-adventure game for the PlayStation in 1999. Development later went into the Nintendo GameCube in 2000 before eventually selling the rights to Microsoft in 2005 where it was announced to be released for the Xbox 360 where it eventually became a finished product.Template:/box-footer
