Now That's What I Call Music 12 or Now 12 is the 12th edition of the Now! series in the United Kingdom. It was released on vinyl, audio cassette and CD on 11 July 1988. The album reached number one in the UK Albums Chart, remaining there for five weeks.

Now 12 features five songs which reached number one on the UK Singles Chart: "With a Little Help from My Friends", "Doctorin' the Tardis", "I Think We're Alone Now", "Nothing's Gonna Change My Love for You" and "Theme from S'Express".
