Loretta Lynn Writes 'em & Sings 'em is a 1970 studio album by American country singer-songwriter, Loretta Lynn.

This was Lynn's second studio album of 1970. The first single, "I Know How" was a Top-Five Country hit, followed by "You Wanna Give Me a Lift", which reached the Top-10. All the songs on the album were written by Lynn, except one song that was co-written with sister, Peggy Sue Wells, exempifying the title of the album. Five out of the eleven tracks of the song were previous hits for Lynn in the 60s, including 1966's "You Ain't Woman Enough (To Take My Man)", 1969's "Your Squaw is on the Warpath", and 1969's "To Make a Man (Feel Like a Man)". This became Lynn's first album to have songs entirely written by her.

The album peaked at #8 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart only in 1970.
