The Istituto Giannina Gaslini is a paediatric hospital located in Genoa Quarto dei Mille, Italy, founded by Gerolamo Gaslini (Count of Saint Jerome). He and his wife Lorenza financed the construction of the hospital in memory of their daughter Giannina, who died of peritonitis in 1917.

It is considered one of the best children's hospitals of Europe, known worldwide:[1] it is the best IRCCS among Italian children's hospitals (and among all Italian generic hospital), and it is among former five IRCCS in Italy.[2]
