Camila Manhães Sampaio (born June 14, 1977, Rio de Janeiro), better known as Camila Pitanga, is a Brazilian film and television actress, former fashion design model and television presenter.
Career

Personal life
She is the daughter of actors Vera Manhães and Antônio Pitanga. She is also stepdaughter of Benedita da Silva. Camila Pitanga is African descent of her father and mother side.[5][6] She has a brother, also a television actor, Rocco Pitanga. Camila is atheist.[7] Pitanga gave birth to her daughter Antônia on May 19, 2008. .In 2001 , he married the art director Claudio Amaral Peixoto . On May 19, 2008 , gave birth to Antonia , the first daughter, the girl's name was a tribute to his father . In 2011 , after 11 years of relationship , there was the separation of the couple . He studied at the College Pentagon, in Rio de Janeiro . It is atheistic . It is director of the Human Rights Movement.
