Morvant Caledonia United (formerly known as Caledonia AIA) is a Professional football team in Trinidad and Tobago's top-level TT Pro League. It is based in Morvant, and its home stadium is Hasely Crawford Stadium.[1]

History
The Caledonia AIA Football Club was founded in May 1979 by a group of schoolboys from the Morvant, Laventille, San Juan and Barataria environs; one of whom includes prominent leader Jamaal Shabazz. What started out as a group seeking an avenue to provide disciplined recreation, it has developed into a household name in local and Caribbean football. The Club has a franchise in the TT Pro League and runs a full professional team; employing 28 players and 7 staff on a full-time basis. Apart from the professional team the Club runs a Youth Academy and Youth teams in Under 14, Under 16 and Under 18 age groups, catering for over just over one hundred kids at a recreational level. Caledonia AIA was crowned Caribbean Club Champions in 2012 and hold the distinction of representing the Caribbean in the CONCACAF (Confederations of the Caribbean, Central and North America) in the prestigious CONCACAF Champions League.
New Identity
On September 11th 2015, The Caledonia AIA Football Club was officially rebranded to Morvant Caledonia United. The development of its new identity; is to strategically unify the precinct and help build a strong community spirit. Restoring peace, as the club function like a lens; by which every marketing, public relations activity and interaction will embody a unified vision of: Strength, Innovation, Professionalism and Quality; that will be consistent in its operations internally and externally throughout the precinct. The emphasis is to host quality, professionalism and innovation in all of the club operations. Rewarding the people: a thrilling experience, through the personality of the brand. Through its positive values, the aim is to provide the holistic development for the underprivileged youth, who lacks the guidance, and the resources required to maximize his potential in life to succeed; building a forefront for him to be recognized globally as a future star of the sport. From 1979, to now; the Caledonia identity has evolved into modern minimalism, with a blend of our organization’s heritage; eager to facilitate longevity, building its legacy.
The Crest
Created by Séjoux Lëo-Star, the new crest is inspired by the rich heritage of the Club. It embodies the essence of Morvant Caledonia United. It depicts the life of a stallion, overlooking his challenges; determined to succeed by reaching his highest peak of achievement, the stars. The Stallion of Passion portrays the identity of their people; true stallions, individuals of passion, talent, and determination. The Mountain of challenges represents the challenges faced on a daily basis. The Star of Hope signifies the main goal of their people; "To succeed."
