Yakuza Apocalypse (極道大戦争 Gokudō Daisensō?) is a 2015 Japanese action fantasy yakuza vampire film directed by Takashi Miike[3][4] and written by Yoshitaka Yamaguchi. It was released on 20 June 2015.

The film received mixed to positive reviews from critics. On Rotten Tomatoes, the film has a 58% rating, based on 31 reviews, with an average rating of 5.8/10. The site's consensus states: "Yakuza Apocalypse lives up to the oddball promise of its title with a cinematic whirlwind that represents director Takashi Miike at his most delightfully unhinged."[5] Metacritic reports a 62 out of 100 rating, based on 14 critics, indicating "generally favorable reviews".[6]
