A feature film adaptation of How to Talk to Girls at Parties was scheduled to begin shooting by See-Saw Films in the UK in fall 2015, produced by Howard Gertler alongside Iain Canning and Emile Sherman. John Cameron Mitchell has been chosen as director, from a script he cowrote with Philippa Goslett.
