Rationale of fair use for Lean Back

The image Image:Leanback-big.jpg is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright, I (Lajbi ^{Holla @ me}Who's the boss?) feel it is covered by fair use because:

3. No free or public domain images have been located for this single.
4. The cover does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the single or in any way.

6. The cover is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the original single in any way.
7. The material has previously been published in numerous sources, with higher resolution images available elsewhere (Amazon.com, for example).
