Summary
NB Loco Bo-Bo Diesel at Harringay West.
View northward at Ferme Park South Up; brand-new NBL/MAN No. 6103 Type 2 (later Class 21) is bringing empty mail vans. This was during the early evaluation by BR of main-line Diesels under the 1955 Modernization Plan. This Class proved particularly unreliable and were soon sent up to the Scottish Region where they did not last long. (Cf. TQ3188 : Birmingham Railway Carriage & Wagon Co. Diesel at Harringay West).
