Summary

You can find this <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/turbe" class="extiw" title="en:turbe">turbe</a> in Budapest on Rose Hill. This building is one of Hungary's best known Turkish-Ottoman monuments. Have been built by <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/G%C3%BCl_Baba" class="extiw" title="en:Gül Baba">Gül Baba</a> from 1543 to 1548. It was seriously damaged in the 16th century, then, in the baroque age catholic chapel had been made of it. In 1885 the Turkish Government had it restored. This view of the turbe was converted in 1962.

Several works of Islamic art can be visited: copies of <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Koran" class="extiw" title="en:Koran">Koran</a>, prayer rugs, devotional objects.

Even nowadays the turbe is one of Muslims' place of pilgrimage.
