The Alpha Energy Solutions 200 is a NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race that takes place in the fall at Martinsville Speedway in Virginia. It was first run in 2003, the first fall race at Martinsville since the Kroger 250 changed to a spring date in 1999. Starting in 2010, the winner of the 200 lap race would get a grandfather clock, whereas in the past it was only given to the winner of the 250 lap event.[2]

In 2013, Darrell Wallace, Jr. became the first African American to win a NASCAR national race since 1963 when he won the event.[3]
